Or not. "32 bit PCM" most often means 32-bit floating point (that has a resolution of 23 bits), not 32-bit fixed point. Anyway, 32-bit fixed point would not make any sense, as there aren't any practical DACs with linearity and SNR that would exceed 24 bits.
