We have examined several software packages, but we have not found anything that we like enough to spend that kind of money. We are a small office (director, one staff auditor, three student auditors), and we are thinking of developing our own system. Our plan is to have a main document in Excel and use hyperlinks to supporting documents which would be stored in appropriate subdirectories.
