Title: Corporate benefits audit program

I couldn't find any specific audit programs at the website, so I thought I'd ask...

We are planning an internal audit of our corporate benefit programs to include:

Pension Plans,
Health and Dental programs
401K plans
Employee Stock Options
and management of our Flexible spending accounts.


Does anybody have experience in these areas and/or audit programs you'd be willing to share?

Most of the stuff our external auditors have given us is limited to 5500 financial reporting aspects. 

We were trying to gear our review more toward process improvements and best practices, etc.
(for example testing the social security numbers against a sound data base for validity, etc.)
