But this is very sophisticated and high end application on complex project management. Still higher end is Oracle Projects. I have used MS Project, Primavera & learned many aspects of Oracle Projects The evaluation of the software to be made on many factors. Following are the general & obvious factors : the use of the software e.g. what type of project you are planning to manage, the complexity, the budget available the existing IT facilities, & general skill level of user please provide some information on above factors, if you like, for  my prima facie assessment of your case.
