Good Morning, We’re a very small audit shop in the retail/wholesale construction industry. Our company has been growing very rapidly recently and we are looking to expand our Internal Audit department. We are interested in benchmarking other companies and would appreciate any information that you might be able to share regarding the size and scope of your Internal Audit departments. Specifically, in the area of operation audits of field/branch locations (annual schedule/coverage). Also, any information regarding the length/scope of your field audits and how many each Internal Auditor might complete within a year would be greatly appreciated.
