Title: IT Audit - Systems Integration Project Review

All,

Some time ago we purchased the assets (systems, data center, buildings), and employees from a company that is now outsourcing to us.

I am currently trying to scope out a post-implementation review of a systems integration/conversion project that was just completed based on that acquisition.  My audit background revolves around Networking, LAN/WAN, Servers, OS, security, etc.  I do not have any experience in auditing SDLC's, SDM's,  project mgt (PMO's), applications, interfaces, middleware, etc. (but I'm willing to learn asap).

Could anyone advise me on what key areas I should look at and review?  I do not have anything I can leverage to help me with this project.  If someone has done this before,  Is there anything they can share with me?

TIA, I hope I'm not asking for too much, but I can use all the help I can get on this.
