Diana,   We used to perform annual follow-up of open audit comments from previous audit reports. A report on open audit comments was  issued to senior management at year-end. This annual follow-up includes all open comments from previous follow-up audit report and comments from the current year's audit reports.   We have recently changed our procedures to perform quarterly follow-up of open audit comments.
