everyone know that Protiviti Consulting has recently put on their website "Guide to
the Sarbanes-oxley Act: Internal Control Reporting Requirements - FAQs Regarding
Sec. 404." It can be found under Hubs, Sarbanes-Oxley. It's
about 70 pages and covers pretty much everything companies need to
do.
