We also use TeamMate and find it helpful, although far from perfect. The
reporting is somewhat cumbersome; we issue interim memos during the course
of an audit. TeamMate is more geared more towards a single, end-of-audit
report. You also must be cautious about you configure TeamMate in a
geographically dispersed, multiple office, audit department. We tried a
single Master server but the performance was inadequate to be effective.
Given that other enterprise applications work effectively at all locations,
we had to attribute at least some of the fault to the TeamMate software. We
have since switched our configuration and use local servers to store
TeamMate files. All things considered, TeamMate is okay, but I don't have
enough experience to voice an opinion as to where it stands in relation to
other automated workpaper systems. All I can say is we all have varying
needs. Set your requirements and perform your study. Good luck.

I think teammate is a reliable audit software from Pricewaterhouse,
it promotes a less paper environment, generates audit reports, store a
number of working papers, wp reviews are done on system, try it I promise
you , you wont regret

I am the Internal Audit Manager of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd and
was
given the task of automating our audit process. We are a relatively
small
group of seven audit professionals, but recognize the need to change
our
manual approach. Our first priority is to procure a tool to assist
in
