What happened today is a lesson all auditors should heed,
"reacting to a situation instead of responding to it".  If we
conducted our audits in this manner; jumping to conclusions
without researching the conditions and issues, using unprofessional
communications, and acting impulsively, we would soon
lose any credibility in our organizations or profession.

I understand that most of the responses were due to a lack of
training or background with listserves.  After the first couple of
audio responses, I blocked the sender.
