This pertains to specific threats of terrorism. The question
originally posed related to reviews of employees accounts (savings, checking
etc.) including monitoring their account activity. I did not interpret this in
the context of terrorist activity. IMO the U.S. Patriot Act would not apply to
routine employee monitoring.
