Hi, This is the first time we are conducting an audit on IT vendor management. Does anyone have information on this to share? We are also assessing the performance of the services provided by the vendor to the lottery organisation. Are there any appropriate standards, best practices or industry benchmark that can be used for comparision and also to substantiate the opinions about the vendor performance?
