Hi,
We are using the aufs module (20080331) to deal with a multi diskless
nodes system through NFS. The linux kernel is the 2.6.18 from RHEL 5
(not really the vanilla one).
For each nodes, we have a specific rw branch plus two others common ro
branches which are aufs mounted and nfs exported as root filesystem. We
have from 5 to 10 diskless nodes per NFS servers.
And this is working quite well.

Nevertheless, we are experimenting some transient instability. Time to
time, at boot time, one client is not allowed to mount its rootfs
(permission denied) and the server is rejecting the request because the
mount point is not seen as exported by nfsd even if the exportfs was
previously done and confirmed by exportfs -v command.

I'm trying to workaround the documented warning regarding
find_exported_dentry exporting once one of the ext3 branches but we
still have this warning.
I'm not sure it may be the root cause of this
issue but I would like to get rid of this warning before going deeper
into my investigation.

Any other idea may be really helpful.
