Yes, in normal operation. I have to check this when the failure occures.

All ext3, yes.

I try to export all the branches (instead of only one), but I still have 
the warning.
I did not try to remote-mounting all the branches because what I'm 
exporting is the root fs of the diskless nodes and so I do not have the 
material on those diskless to mount the branches. But note that this is 
almost all the time booting properly and only time to time failing.
I try also to set the xino out of the exported aufs mount point.

Do you think exporting branches is not enough to get rid of the warning 
but a remote-mount is really needed ?
If yes, it will not be so easy to implement on my embedded diskless system.
