Whenever a package is removed, it's meant to be removed, you simply
don't re-upload it again like anything hasn't happened.
I gave you the explanation for the deletion twice for each package (in
total then 4 times) before deleting the package, so your 2nd publication
today is entirely your own act ignoring deliberately the decision
without any previous discussion about that.
It was explained you twice, the super-mario-bros and super-mario-bros-2
packages were only ROM files downloaded from archive.org and run using a
NES emulator. AUR is not the place where to upload ROMs to be run with
emulators.
Whatever you plan to do with your `ur` is irrelevant to the
super-mario-bros{,-2} deletion decisions.
