Why do you act so surprised that 300+ users who chose to use a BETA
software are inconvenienced by that software not being updated for them
in the arch USER repositories, which are NOT official?

If they want an update before the arch maintainers have brought the AUR
back, they can get the PKGBUILD[1], edit the file to change "pkgver=1.21.10b"
to whatever the new version is, run `updpkgsums` and `makepkg`.

Any user of the AUR should be familiar with this and know how to do it
before they get used to having a aur helper do it for them.

That is the "contract" you agreed to by using the AUR, and therefor, it
not having an uptime of five nines shouldn't be that big of a deal.

I want to thank the arch maintainers for all the hard work you are doing
on maintaining arch and it's infrastructure you are doing an amazing job
at creating an incredible distro!
