[PRQ#86924] Deletion Request for sudo-is-sudo-rs

As the maintainer, I object to this deletion request.
Suggesting users use pacman -Rdd is an unsafe anti-pattern that breaks 
dependency tracking and risks breaking future system updates [1].

The purpose of this package is to enable the use of the sudo-rs package 
as drop-in replacement for the sudo package.
