a821 [1] filed a deletion request for ruby-commander-4.1.5 [2]: This package is pinned to a version for no discernible reason. Moreover, the package is broken because it misses a dependency. The maintainer uploaded it once and never updated it nor replied to the single comment asking to fix it one year ago. I asked the maintainer for other ruby packages (see PRQ#39121 and PRQ#39122) he maintains that are in the same situation (pinned versions) but he did not reply. Nothing depends on it and an up-to-date version exists in the AUR. Safe to delete.
