MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for eredis-git [2]: Orphan, defunct hiredis wrapper, discontinued since 2019. [a]
Its two AUR consumers are also broken orphans for discontinued Perl6 modules, and I've submitted them for deletion (PRQ#46370, PRQ#46374). Better to get rid of this package as well.
