Upstream has migrated the StatusNotifier implementations into the main vala-panel runtime, available on AUR. Maintainer @tallero has been banned. He uselessly submitted this package last year, as it was already obsolete at that time. There used to be vala-panel-sntray-git package, but its maintainer filed a merge request for it towards vala-panel-git (PRQ#54217), in accordance with upstream's changes (request already fulfilled).
