Carol, and I watched "The Challenger Disaster" last night. On
Youtube, deals with the Rogers commission into the event from the
point of view of famous physicist Richard Feynman.

The movie has interesting things to say about groupthink, politics,
independent accident investigation and the implacability of natural
law, all applicable to aviation. If you find the Feyman lectures on
the web they are worth watching too.
