Perhaps one of the reasons that it's difficult to attract and retain women in gliding is because of the number of old wankers sniggering while they share their lewd humour. On the actual subject at hand, I agree with everyone who thinks that the GFA administration is broken; compulsory club membership is stupid; and being beholden to some puff-chested CFI for ever is ridiculous.
