Simon,

No one is not standing by the customer. In fact, we were good enough to levy no 
charge despite the fact that a significant amount of time was spent on trying 
to figure out what was going on. As such, your last comment feels a bit 
inappropriate.

If you run the logs on the on line Flarm range tester you can see that other 
units were being observed with the range also being indicated.

As I don't have access to the complete set up, I am left to make suggestions to 
help you track down the problem. It is always easier if the entire set up can 
be sent to me so I can investigate the whole system rather than a component.

You are welcome to send me the whole system and I am more than happy to check 
it out. However, I must warn you that the failure rate on displays is near nil. 
If they are not working then in nearly 100% of the cases they have failed due 
to incorrect voltage being applied. This is something we can test for.
