At both the Multi-Class Nationals & JoeyGlide, G1 had superior range - confirmed with the pilots & the analyser online. Now, it is as I say re: Its range. The other parties that have flown G1 recently gave me the glider back in exactly the same setup & condition that I gave it to them in.
I agree with Mac, that I need a backup device. Hoping to figure out the range thing first. two other gliders from QLD that normally have good range, can no longer see each other overnight as easily. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this at their club or flying in general? Ie, is it happening to many or will I send my flarm away to be checked? They do fall over as Mac suggests.
