Have received many enquiries about Claus Grimm's

Mate regulator for Rotax and suggest you contact Claus direct. Also have
spoken to Mike Valentine about its use in motorgliders. Mike is well aware
of the virtues of this regulator from his ultralight days. Also ultralight
people are not known for spending $170 unless it is worthwhile. The
Power Mate bonus is the Ilec control gear does not have to be sent back to
Germany for repair or the Dittel radio or the Cambridge logger do not fail
unnecessary and the Odyssey or Yuasa battery starts to last 5 years instead of
one year. I am bias but thank you Claus for
such an excellent product.
While I am on Rotax motor gliders the only way to
go is the NGK inert fine wire electrode plugs at about $14 each. The trouble is at 25 hours they are still
perfect (consistent clean spark) and I can remember when Geoff Sim would take
the PIK old plugs back to work and put them in somebodies motorbike rather
than waste them!!!
