[aus-soaring] Fai definition of an "ultralight" glider

Does anybody know what the definition is for a glider that fits the
ultralight  glider category. Looking on the FAI records page the
woodstock seems to hold quite a number of records for this category.
but there is no definition anywhere on the site that I could find that
specifies what an ultralight glider is.
