The GFA Executive are bound by Council policy and direction. If you want
to get this before council, you need to influence your Regions council
representatives. First round papers have closed so the second round will
have to be the forum, however this is not the usual way of introducing to
council matters requiring decisions which weren't previously flagged. I
recommend you convince your councillors to bring the matter before council
for a national consideration and decision which may be reflective of a
broader constituent base.

Close date for the second round papers is 26/7/2002.
