The dive brake modification to the Std Cirrus Dive brakes is manufactured by
"Rittner" in Germany, available thru Chris at Fibremites, I have fitted two
of these kits to Cirrus over here in the West and they are worth while. Re
the standard tailplane and elevator modification, there is a mod to  do
this, again talk to Chris at Fibremites.
