In my previous response to this message I said in part:

"The comments by Bob Hall are far from new - having been there since 17
June.
It is just Mike Valentine's comment that was added on 2 Jul."

That comment was clearly inappropriate and was made following a comparison
of the two "Feedback" entries only.  Somehow I had missed the specific
"Recreational Licenses Update" item, until a message from Maurice Little
caused me to look more closely.

I agree that Bob Hall's 2 July article is a most useful contribution to the
general discussion on licenses.  And I also agree that the "What's New"
section of the GFA Web Site is positive development - but that it pays to
read all of the appropriate articles before passing judgements! (Humble
Pie - Humble Pie)
