Redmond So you are telling me that there are no recency (or currency) requirements specified by CASA ?
From the brief glance I had through the CASA documentation on their web site, CASA seem to have some "recent experience" requirements for power pilots of differing categories. I find it hard to believe they (or GFA) don't expect similar sort of things for glider pilots. I expect under the new licensing regime (if it gets approved for gliders), that there WILL be such requirements. In the meantime I will track down and review a copy of the Instructors Handbook.
