Hi all The second coaching theory seminar will be held on Wednesday 31st July 2002 7:30pm at Adelaide Uni. (note this is a week later than previously advertised and the day has changed to accomodate some participants).
The location will be the same as last time, i.e. Adelaide University, Chemical Engineering Seminar room, N123b, Engineering North building. If you are not sure how to find the room, there is a second meeting place at the MAIN ENTRANCE GATE 9, opposite the footbridge, Victoria Drive. Topics and presenters are: Helping Pilots Learn by Emilis Prelgauskas Pre flight preparation by Frank Johann Physical Conditioning by Sid Nankervill Anyone wanting to eat in town beforehand, there will be some of us at Cafe Buongiorno, Rundle Street next to the Hungry Jacks Carpack, for tea beforehand from 6:00pm. While the primary purpose of these sessions is to impart the theory requirements of the coaching syllabus, there is general interest to all glider pilots so all are welcome. I hope to see lots of faces from lots of clubs.
