Has anyone seen the inside of a Garmin??

I recently saw a Garmin 12 opened up. Most of the price must be in the
software, because there is not much in the way of bits and peaces in there.

Not all that amazing is it?

Chipsets are available and the GPSmart uses the SirfStar II.

If the thing retails for A$149 the manufactturer probably makes it for A$30
to A$50 or so.
