Anyone have any more on the 12 year overhaul on tug engines? Lycoming have
had this requirement as a manufacturer for a long time and US FAA regs were
to apply this for engines in commercial service(not private) which doesn't
seem to make sense as your previous item was talking about non-certified tugs.
