That’s a big call. On the same week
I can go to Temora – just 2 hours away by road, achieve everything you
have outlined except maybe
the “best bakery” - allowing that the bakery is a parochial subjective
assessment. Temora offers
every thing Gawler does plus for the campers at the airfield to be woken up by the
crackle of a RR Merlin engine as David
Lowe warms up prior to practicing aerobatics in his Spitfire while you watch
and eat breakfast. We are
blessed with many great Gliding sites – Gawler is just one of them, so is
Temora, Narromine, Bunyan etc etc Does it
