I believe the Jantar can be flown at max cockpit load, with max water, within 
the MTOW.

Although I am sure it would not a big issue, taking off with part water is 
contrary to the flight manual and would not be looked upon favourably by a 
coroner if it was found to be a contributing factor in an accident in a contest 
situation.
