Interesting. I never heard of a "formal" separation standard in gliding, GFA
or otherwise.
With the coming of ADSB, separations in gaggles could be measured and logged.
Opens the potential for some interesting penalty and disqualification rules in contests, and in general flying, a points system like for drivers, so many offenses at points X = grounded !
