Hi, There are some similarities between Slovak and Polish. This what I can figure out - just a summary:
The event took place on 11 of June on the Sliac airfield. Members of the Ocovski club made an attempt to establish a new Guinness book record to simultaneously launch 9 gliders behind a single engine aircraft - a Z-137 Turbo Cmelak. Seven gliders (L-13 Blanik) were from the Ocovski club and two from Nitra. Until now the record was held by Czechs who launched seven gliders in 2004 in Pardubice. They tried to launch 9 gliders but there was some sort of a problem with the 9th glider and the managed to get 8 gliders into the air. [the rest is a too hard for me to follow] Regards Jarek ----- Original Message ----- From: "Roger Browne" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Discussion of issues relating to Soaring in Australia." <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, June 21, 2006 9:46 PM Subject: Re: [Aus-soaring] aerotow > Apologies. > > Hence the need for a translation is clear! > > Roger > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "ppb2" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: "Discussion of issues relating to Soaring in Australia." > <[email protected]> > Sent: Wednesday, June 21, 2006 9:35 PM > Subject: Re: [Aus-soaring] aerotow > > > > Slovak actually > > > > paul > > > > Roger Browne wrote: > > > >> Mike, > >> > >> I tried the link you gave re long launch queues.
