In the latest Flight Safety Australia brief accident reports, it mentions a 
mid-air between 2 gliders on the 10/01 at Nathalia Victoria, that had no 
injuries with one glider unknown damage and the other destroyed. 

Is this correct? 

Not only that one, but a Puchatek was destroyed on the 25/02 with no injuries 
when "the tug  inadvertently released the glider at a low altitude and the 
glider impacted a fence during the landing".

I think  the last one is substantially incorrect in detail.  How can the ATSB 
get the report so wrong? They do have a disclaimer at the bottom of the 
reports, but even so.........
