I agree in the most part to what you say apart from the fine bit (I have to
TELL people all day how they HAVE to comply, so it sticks in my crotch a bit)
Best encourage uptake by showing the value of everyones actions.
The specific part you pointed out regarding flight times etc has a positive and
negative to it. I will still fly high and as low as i feel safe though, we must
be careful not to encroach on Controled or restricted airspace though, not sure
if we need to publisise our indiscretions to the regulator though, truth is
they cant read a log anyway (really).
The stats and flight hours would certailnly give us cred against the recognised
"seriouse" aviators though.
