An issue not mentioned in the advice provided by Paul, and which is more likely to creat problems for glider pilots is where Farmers have "certified" paddocks and/or crops(disease / weed free etc) which brings about issues with "clean" equipment.
If we march in to retrieve a glider and dont have "clean" equipment, there could be significant liability. I believe there have already been issues with this around the country.
