Hi all.......This issue was raised with Paul Matthews by my gliding club at my
request (as the next state comps organiser) in order to assist us with a very
delicate situation that we currently have with a local farmer and his
sympathisers.Paul has spent an enormous amount of time on his now well
published legal answer about the issue.We are extremely grateful to Paul for
his work,and to others on this site who have mentioned genuine worthwhile facts.
However, our club requests, due to our current local
negotiations, that subscribers be cautious when discussing the issue on this
open forum.
