This was about the age we sent folks to big wars in the last decade.
You have confused what they can do with what people will allow them to do, or 
perhaps what insurance companies will allow them to wreck.

This is work experience, remember?
Perhaps actual work experience in the true sense is unavailable in our defence 
forces?

Dont be forcing the limitations of a gargantuan, restricted government monolith 
on the fresh mind of a teenager.

Half of the current worlds wars are being fought by them, in third world 
countries, killing doesnt always involve a pen.
Perhaps we can set up a structure for such enthusiastic kids to spend the work 
experience week at a commercial gliding club!
