What's so amazing? Government body without a clue doggedly pursuing
its chosen path while ignoring technical advice to the contrary.
No doubt they'll want to censor any criticism of the ETS, which is
another good example of "Government body without a clue...................."
Or we could be talking about the GFA doggedly pursuing policies which
have been tested to exhaustion and shown to fail.
