Like the furniture retailer loan trailer I was booked for towing
unregistered.
(Annual registering of trailers I believe may be peculiar to SA but I did
say peculiar :-) )

This is definitely not legal unless the pilot concerned has a commercial
pilot licence and an Air Operator Certificate that authorises Passenger
Charter operations. The only exception would be if the company you work
for owns the aircraft and engages a pilot to fly the flight without being
paid for it - however it is then a private flight and your clients do not
receive any of the safeguards and insurance covers that normally apply to
a charter flight.
Please don't go there....

Hi knowledge gang
The company I am currently slaving for has service persons that need to
get to regional towns (mainly in eastern states) in short notice.
Do any of you know of a way to interface with pilots who would be needing
to update their annual hours in return for aircraft rental, fuel, small
charge, etc?
Is this legal (or better, is it possible) and kosher?
