I have two applications for NAIPS for iPhone there could me more; I am using the Rowan Wilson software simply called NAIPS and costs $7.99, it works very well.
The other is called OzPIlot (NAIPS) by Ben Trengrove, I have not used it so cannot compare or comment on the second application.
