"Dim, ran only for a few hours after sunset and failed within months."
Not much good for security from the routers with their dongles in the dark.

I cannot comment on the Aldi lights, but I bought some Bunnings
stainless steek garden lights for $39 with in-build solar panels and
rechargeable batteries. It was impossible to walk past such a bargain.
I was delighted to find that the lights performed as well as expected.
Dim, ran only for a few hours after sunset and failed within months.
Along these lines, I was looking at an $89 brush cutter from Bunnings
with a 29cc 2 stroke motor. In the end, I bought a much more expensive
50cc motor for $145 designed to power push bikes.
I will be arranging a group of these radially around a ring gear
connected to the propellor to provide enough power for a sustainer,
possibly even SLG performance. With enough motors, if one or two fail,
who cares?
I estimate the cost of the components to be well under $1,000 with
jet-like take off and fuel economy.

If you are not required to comply with a specific standard a number of
these
may stop you stumbling over wings in the event of needing access during
the
dark.

Has anyone had to provide emergency exit lighting in a hangar that is

I would hope there is a solar powered option for example. Any ideas?
