Automotive airbags don't go cheap, so imagine what TSO'd ones cost. Believe the manufacturer is pushing for mandatory airbag installation. The propaganda does not include comparison to four-, five-, and six-point harnesses as far as I've seen. It is for the safety of the known universe, of course.
