It is my understanding that airbags were invented for the benefit of
bone idle Americans who couldn't be bothered putting on the seat belt.
The USA missed a great opportunity to breed a more active population.

BTW a friend of mine who is into cars tells me that it is illegal to
have a 4 or 5 point harness in a car in Queensland for use on public roads.

installation. The propaganda does not include comparison to four-,
five-, and six-point harnesses as far as I've seen.
