And don’t also forget most radio’s with a audio input require you to be wearing a HEADSET for the system to work, not a speaker

For those thinking of hooking up their ipods etc to the cd input on the radio bear in mind that will increase the current drawn by the radio and reduce the charge available from the battery. Whenever i have used music on a long flight i prefer to use an ipod with the rarbuds at low level so i can still hear whats going on around me.
