Without taking a magnifying glass to a sequence of images, I would say
he excited the wing third mode of positive bending oscillation in a flap
down configuration. The oscillation appears to be damped sufficiently
as it dies away although this may be influenced by speed reduction.
Probably excited by turbulence close to the ground and maybe some excess
speed for that configuration, but then again the speed is hard to judge.
